1. Digital Products
Since digital products (ebooks, templates, files, etc.) are delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Online Courses
Courses purchased on Hostflix are also non-refundable, as full access is granted immediately upon purchase.
We do this to prevent unauthorized downloading, misuse, or sharing of digital content.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You received the wrong digital file
- There is a technical issue preventing access
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your access to Hostflix products may be permanently revoked.
